Built in October 1967 and finished in Silver Birch over Blue Leather which this car proudly still displays today.  The options chosen at the time were Power Steering, Chrome Wheels, Heated Rear Window, Three Ear Hub Caps, Motorola Radio, Power Ariel and Seat Belts, a novelty at the time.
The original invoice and receipt show the car was sold to Doctor Y.W. Loke whos registered address was Kuala Lumpur however the car remained in the UK. The original service book and warranty card are part of the history file which dates back to 1967.
The original log book is included in the file. This shows the car was first registered to Aston Martin Works service. Dr Loke was the second keeper but he also changed his address three times. Owner number five (Dr Loke accounts for three owners), was a Mr Vaughan in 1971. In 1985 the car was sold by Gurneys Garage to Mr P Fenn who maintained the car well at Aston Martin.
Most recently the car has been serviced by R.S.Williams Ltd in November 2024.
