The purest of all Austin-Healeys is the 100. It has a powerful 2,6 Litre 4-cilinder, that offers plenty of torque and a fantastic soundtrack. As it is eligible for a lot of historic events like Mille Miglia or similar, these cars are quite sought-after and due to their rarity a rather sound investment.
This particular car was delivered in the summer of 1954 in the United States. It came to Europe fifteen years ago, and then restored to the actual (and still excellent) condition. It has matching numbers, and still equipped with the original and correct 3-speed gearbox with overdrive. The interior is finished in dark blue and the softtop and sidescreens are in matching blue mohair. This very sporty and nimble roadster is a real pleasure to drive, starts on the button and is easy to shift gears. Ready for Mille Miglia or any other serious historic events, and still one of the most iconic british sportscars.
