Lotus Elan Plus 2S 1970

A lovely Elan+2 in canary yellow with black cabin....chassis showing no signs of rot and the bodywork is in good overall condition with no cracking or crazing. Brightwork and knock-on wheels are all nice and shiny. This is a very nice car that has been well treated.....the history file shows evidence of an engine rebuild a few years ago which also included new carbs, new radiator and new exhaust. Paperwork also shows considerable expense in the mid-2010s on trimming and electrical works. We've recently attended to a few niggles that we inherited. These include fitting new Rotoflexes on both driveshafts, new fuel pump, new electronic distributor with new HT leads, and refurbishing both front brake calipers. We've topped it off with an oil and filter service The inside is in good condition but there are a few minor scuffs etc. that the new owner may wish to attend to in order to make it really top notch. A lovely Plus Two in great condition which, with a little additional TLC, could easily be brought-up to A1 standard.
