Originally converted to RS in Switzerland in the 1990s and in the family for almost 20 years. During this time the car was rebuilt piece by piece from front to back, e.g. the gearbox was revised and the whole car was welded by a specialist. Now it is rust-free, even where you don't look at it. 11-series connoisseurs know what I am talking about.
The car was occasionally used in historic (regularity) hillclimb events, no real racing. Mainly with technology from the Porsche G-model, e.g. brakes, 5-speed gearbox and 3-litre engine 204hp, 15 rims result in a very good gear ratio for slalom and hillclimb, V-max. approx. 210km/h. Yellow Koni shock absorbers, Stahlflex brake lines, racing brake pads, oil cooler, 5-speed gearbox, roll bar, low weight, 4-point harnesses and much more. Everything straightforward, high-quality, reliable and robust.
