Triumph TR 4 1961

Triumph TR4 in very clean condition. Delivered new in the USA and traded in from the only Dutch owner. Beautiful car and excellent for rallies or tours. Anyway, the TR4 is an ideal car if you are looking for a nice classic car with fun.
It was a fast sports car around 1961 with its 2 ltr engine with 100 hp. Designed by Michelotti, he drew a timelessly beautiful car with Italian flair. It is now a sought-after and reliable classic and the parts supply is excellent.
The exterior looks very cool, the car has been repainted in the beautiful TR4 colour ‘Signal Red’ and the paint looks very good. There are hardly any signs of use and the paint has a deep shine. The cool alloy wheels are painted black and have a chrome central wing nut as a nice touch. The hood was recently renewed, so it closes excellently. Just a nice tight TR4.
The interior is very well cared for, the dashboard is nice and all gauges work as they should. The seats have been newly padded and upholstered in black artificial leather in the past. The classic wooden steering wheel also looks very nice and sits well in the hand. And this TR4 always starts immediately and drives great. The engine has plenty of power and the gearbox shifts like it should. We have just measured the compression and it is above average.
