1954 Jaguar Mark 7 Saloon Registration Number: This example is undoubtedly in very good condition and has an incredibly nice history. The car has had the same owner from 1958 to 2023 and it was used as a large family car and has been driven occasionally both in everyday traffic, but also on trips around Europe. The current owner in Sweden bought the car in 2023 and has only used it sparingly. A number of old invoices and documentation are included. The Jaguar was restored in the early 2000s to the very fine condition that the car is still in today. It was taken apart in detail and what was broken was repaired or replaced. Exterior: Although the car has been used after the renovation, it has been well cared for. The chrome is in good condition with some patina, the paint is in very good condition. The glass parts are also in good condition. The original wheels are in very good condition and the white wall tires are new. The battery and master brake cylinder are also new. The car has a large factory sunroof for summer motoring. Interior: The stunning red leather interior is also in very good condition with a really lovely patina. The seats are in very good condition with very little wear, as is the steering wheel and headliner. The wood and instrument panel are clear lacquered. The driver's seat upholstery has been replaced, as has the entire luggage compartment to match the interior. The sunroof works as it should. Mechanical: Inspected in Sweden and July 2014 without any remarks and is now both tax and inspection exempt in Sweden. The engine is in very good mechanical condition and starts easily with a stable idle and has a lovely sound. The electrical system has been upgraded to 12 volts. The odometer shows approx. 40,000 km but has been changed and the total mileage is approx. 144,000 km. The Jaguar is a fantastically beautiful example of a classic icon that both works and looks as it should!
