Land Rover Range Rover Classic 3.5 1981

The Charles Spencer King-designed Range Rover was released in 1970 as “a car for all reasons” and continued in production largely unchanged until 1994. This example has been modified with a high-lift suspension kit and is finished in the crisp hue of Davos White. Described by the seller as being an ideal basis for a backdate-style customisation or light restoration, it could make a great project for any classic Range Rover enthusiast, or it could of course could be enjoyed as-is. 
It is powered by a 3.5-litre V8, driving all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.  
The odometer indicates 87,215 kilometres, but the true total mileage is believed to be around 100,000 km.
EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES
The car is finished in Davos White over a beige cloth-trimmed cabin. 
It rides on a set of 16-inch three-spoke alloy wheels, fitted with Goodyear tyres. 
Equipment includes power steering, electric front windows, and a Sony stereo.
Modifications include high-lift suspension, an aftermarket steering wheel, a rev counter, larger exterior mirrors, later-specification wheels and grille, and Weber carburettors.

CONDITION

The vehicle has previously been resprayed and the front seats have been retrimmed. 
Specific notes from the seller include: a small mark on the left door and a hole in the rear fender, which was caused by the removal of a previously fitted gas fuel system. 
The air conditioning compressor has been removed. 
The most recent roadworthiness inspection was reportedly conducted in December 2021.

The car was last serviced in January 2024 at approximately 97,000 kilometres.
